Nolan has decided that he is only able to go to sleep while listening to James Taylor. This isn't the first time we have had this problem, but now he is much more vocal about it. When he was little we would rock him to sleep listening to it. Now every night we have to turn it on before he gets in bed, otherwise he has a total freak out and won't go to sleep!

Thank You Aunt Veazey
Nolan got a helmet for his tricycle from his Aunt Veazey. Some of you may say who needs a helmet for a tricycle, obviously you have never met my son (with his black eye).
He liked it so much he even wore it on our walk.... probably not a bad idea!

Crazy Town!
So I completely understand that one day my sweet little boy will turn and look at me like I am 10 kinds of crazy, but for now we have fun! We made snowmen for dessert and I made this hat, scarf, and nose for the snowman we were going to make after nap time, unfortunately we only got about a 1/2 inch of snow! I am still keeping my fingers crossed!
Dinosaurs Unearthed!!!
I took Nolan to see the Dinosaur exhibit at the Museum of Nature and Science. We practiced our dinosaur "ROAR" and had dinosaur shaped pancakes for breakfast, but he was still a little overwhelmed. Luckily they had lots of "beep beeps" (a.k.a. buttons) to entertain us. We also enjoyed some of our other favorite museum activities!
Sushi
Nolan is usually up for trying new foods, especially when mommy or daddy is eating it. I was pretty excited to let him try sushi and we had to try chopsticks!
It turns out stabbing the food with the chopsticks is even more fun!
